Delivery

• The right vehicle for the job. Small urgent items can go by motorbike or Uber. Larger orders go by van, and heavy or bulky loads by Hiab.
• Where we deliver. We deliver to addresses in mainland England, Scotland and Wales, or to another address we agree in writing.
• Delivery charges. We'll tell you about any delivery charge before we dispatch. Charges depend on the size of the order, the location and how quickly you need it.
• Timescales. Urgent and out-of-hours deliveries are arranged with you directly. Otherwise we aim to deliver on the dispatch date we give you, or within 7 working days. Delivery dates are estimates.

Collection from our trade counter

Our trade counter is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with same-day collection on all in-stock items.

If you order online for collection, we'll email you when your goods are ready. Unless agreed otherwise, please collect within 7 working days.

Checking your delivery

Please check your goods on arrival. Report any damage or shortage within 3 working days of delivery, and non-delivery within 24 hours of our invoice or advice note. Sign for damaged goods as damaged and keep the packaging and contents for inspection.
